The first
three months
Onboarding new employees: a path to successful integration
Welcome to the team! We look forward to welcoming you as a new employee. Our aim is for you to feel at home right from the start and quickly settle into your role. To this end, we have developed a structured onboarding program based on three important pillars: in-depth induction, training and support on-the-job, and taking on responsibility.
In-depth Induction
We know that a solid induction is the key to success. That's why we rely on an individual induction plan that is tailored to your needs and tasks. In the first few days, you will be accompanied by your mentor, who will introduce you to the company structures and provide you with all the relevant information. You will not only get to know the processes, but also the people behind the tasks.
Training and support on-the-job
Our regular training courses and workshops enable you to continuously expand your skills. Your mentor will support you and give you valuable tips. We believe that knowledge sharing has great importance and encourage teamwork. This allows you to continuously develop your skills and master your tasks with confidence.
Taking on responsibility
We want you to settle into your role quickly and take on responsibility. Your mentor will support you in making the right decisions and gradually familiarizing yourself with your tasks. We believe that you can make a valuable contribution right from the start.
The "Visit & Meet" program
Our mentoring program "Visit & Meet" is an important part of the onboarding process. Your mentor will accompany you during the first few months and provide you with advice and support. The mentor will not only help you get started at the company, but also support you in building your network. Together, we will ensure that you integrate quickly and make a successful start to your new role.
